How are the products shipped?
Your orders will be shipped in a small, medium, or large box, depending on the quantity and type of products ordered.
How can I confirm that my order has been received?
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after completing your order.
Which courier will deliver my products?
GLS is the courier we use for all our shipments.
How long does it take to process an order?
Every order is processed and shipped within one business day, except during holidays or peak demand periods.
What is the expected delivery time?
To ensure fast delivery, orders destined for northern and central Italy are processed within one business day. For southern Italy and the islands, delivery times may extend to 2-3 business days. Shipments to European or international destinations may require longer delivery times, as they depend on factors such as customs controls and varying transport networks.
How can I receive updates on the status of my shipment?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking code so you can monitor your delivery.
How can I inform you if I have any preferences for preparing and shipping my package?
You can specify all your requests in the notes section when placing your order.
Is this purchase intended as a birthday gift?
For your dog or cat’s birthday, or for a known pet, we offer an exclusive box. Please include your request in the notes at the time of purchase to receive it.
